有氧搏击
昨天午睡之后胃部一直不适，打了很久嗝，好容易才止住，然后胀了一个下午。
去健身的时候仍然不适。大步走了几分钟就累得不行，可能是上次运动强度太大，还没休息过来。不停地调速，终于把半个小时走完。从跑步机上下来之后走路直飘。这次没有去找教练，径直往操房飘去。里面正在上有氧搏击课，老师上臂的汗跟陈晓东在拍《砚道》时抹了油的效果一样，亮闪闪的。人不是很多。我学他们的样子抡拳，砸，不停地跳，砸！酣畅淋漓，一会就浑身湿透了。后来老师让围成圈，他站在中间让我们围攻他，还装做被打得很痛的样子抱着头，很逗。我在他的授意之下铆足劲狠狠砸了他的油光闪闪的上臂。他却说，太轻了，用点力！
接下来一节课是街舞。觉得难度比较大，很多动作都做不来。还是搏击比较容易，直接肯定，不用扭来扭去，也是一种很不错的发泄途径。……
